Preventon Firewall

Has anyone out there found running a dual boot OS with this firewall drops out when changing from say WME to XP and you have to put the CD Rom in to
reactivate the firewall WME is never effected only XP.

If I were you, I'd get a free firewall off the web. After many posts in a recent discussion I have chosen Sygate personal firewall. It's fast, easy to understand, and unlike the XP firewall, it blocks incoming AND outgoing signals.

Hi gold47. I use this firewall. Have you got
cookies enabled in xp. Thie firewall uses a cookie
called CDilla and if this is not present or has been removed then you have to reinsert the disc
to install it. I am only using win me but I had
the problem until I found out why. I now make sure CDilla is not deleted. Meshuga.
