Preventing unauthorised removal of documents.

We have a person who is copying and typing up documents for us. My boss wants to prevent any of this work being saved to removable media (USB or CD) and being teken out of our environment.
Can this be done?

Disable the USB ports and CD drive and make sure the PC can't access the internet?

I take you mean disabling them in Device Manager. I'll give it a go, thanks.

It would be better to do so in the BIOS and then password protect BIOS access.

Disable them in the BIOS, Mike D, else they'll be reinstalled when the PC is rebooted, if you uninstall them using Device Manager.

I was typing when you posted. The BIOS password is an excellent addition, but don't forget it, Mike D.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
