I am running and sharing Windows XP Porfessional, and wish to prevent the other user being asble to access the internet. I hope this is all the info you require,

Many thanks in advance.

P.S. The simpler the answer the better. Cheers.

Set up two profiles. One for you, one for the other user. Have a password for both. In other users profile disable the internet connection or modem (if on dial up)

Thanks for advice, main problem is that both acounts are up and running already. Would i need to set up an Administrator account to stop the rights of one user???

Yes you can do that...the ngo into the other account and disable the internet connection.
