I have been e-mailed a powerpoint slide from an aquaintance, and my problem is that the slide, is A4 size, and I am unsure how to go about resizing it, so that I can print two per A4 sheet.Any help would be very welcome.
File>Print. Under Print What? select Handouts and select 2 per page.
VoG™,thanks for the quick response, but this way, the printout is reduced to about a third of the width of the paper, and very hard to read.
I find they look OK click hereI guess it depends on the content and orientation of the originals.
VoG™,yes I can see what you mean, unfortunately the slide I have Is in portrait mode, and only just fits the page, so when reducing height, the same percentage is deducted from width, thus making my slide very small. ( it is also text heavy ).
Try changing the page orientation for the printout like click here
