Powerpoint Problem.

Hello Users, just a quick one to stimulate those Powerpoint Fans out there.

Having created the required Slide Show I need to send it to a non P/P computer. I know that the "Pack & Go" tool in the File menu is the way to accomplish this but I cannot complete the Pack & Go option.

After using the Wizard to Pack the File I am left with a file extension ".ppz" which leaves the file Icon showing that awful "select program to open file" option.

I have downloaded the Pack & Go software from M/S today and still no joy.

Using XP Home and Office 2002.

Help appreciated,

I'm not sure that Pack and Go will work on a 'puter without Powerpoint.

Maybe you could try saving as a Powerpoint presentation (.ppt) or show (.pps) and get your recipient to download a viewer click here

Thanx VoG, I will take a look down that road.

I will leave this thread open incase any other "pointers" offer more options.
