Have been sent a Powerpoint display and would like to extract a graphic from it. Have tried Print Screen to no avail. Is there a way I can do this? TIA

Do you have Powerpoint or just the Powerpoint Viewer?

If you have PP, File Save As and save as a .ppt file. You should then be able to right cflick a graphic and copy it.

Got to the Copy stage, unfortunately unable to paste except to Word. Need to convert it to bmp or Jpg. Am now stuck.

In PP 2003 you should be able to right click and Save as Picture. I guess this may depend on how it was originally inserted into PP.

If you wish I can send you a message via the yellow envelope and you can reply with the file attached and I'll see what I can do.

Pictures received. VMT your assistance. Will be updating Office soon, so should be able to do it for myself.
