power supply

could anybody guide me to a place to obtain a good quality(and quiet) power supply for my nec direction p3 . The only details i have in my handbook are rated output power 235watts. Range 180to234(vrms) 4.0 Current(ACMS).

I was advised that Enermax PSUs are very good and quiet. Not the cheapest though. click here

As actually went for a Q Tec Low noise PSU. They are not known to be the best quality, but it suited my requirements. I got one off Ebay for about £12.

I use the Q-Tec 550W Dual Fan Gold PSU.
Plenty of power for the future and a good price Very quiet and adds extra airflow to your PC.

almost silent.
Much less than the processor fan.
