You are better to go for quality, and not just look at the numbers (ie one makers psu rated at 600w may not be as good as anothers rated at 460w). The names to look for are Antec, tagan and akasa (I put the last in because I have it).

A.N.Other mag did a thorough test of psus' (they tested 12 in the dec '04 issue), the top four were;

Tagan TG480-u01 92% "dream psu"

Aopen Xpower 400W 89% "cheap, stable and quiet"

Akasa Paxpower 460W 88% "powerful, stable & flexible"

Antec Neopower 480W 88% "superb stability for such a high output psu, but expensive"

Hope this helps.
