Pounds to stones in Excel

I would like to convert pounds in one column to stones, pounds and ounces in three other columns. The pounds are to one decimal place, around the 180 mark (I'm very tall!). I can confirm there are 14 pounds to 1 stone, and 16 ounces to 1 pound.

I would like to convert kilos to pounds on my bathroom scale, but I spend so much time at the computer that I don't get enough exercise.

With Pounds in A2

In B2 =ROUNDDOWN(A2/14,0)

In C2 =ROUNDDOWN(A2-14*B2,0)

In D2 =16*(A2-INT(A2))

Thankyou, I knew you would come up trumps!

=CONVERT(A2, "lbm", "kg")

Sorry, I was answering Pesala, but that will be saved as well!

Just to show I'm paying attention, when I apply the formula to a list in A, the stones and pounds convert when I drop down the list, but the ounces do not convert, they just copy D2. Does this need a refinement, please?

Check that you've copied the firmula down the column correctly. For row 6 (e.g.) the formula should be

=16*(A6-INT(A6))

Thanks, OK now. When I copied and pasted it left the second ) off somehow.
