Have just installed Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 - all went well and message received it had been installed successfully. So turned off computer and went out. On my return when I turned on computer got message about a file not being accepted and possibly harmful so put it in my Virus Vault as I did not suspect it had anything to do with PowerPoint However on clicking in to PowerPoint all seemed well but then noticed when I clicked on to "file" the drop down menu showed three files which weren't there before and I am unable to open them to delete them. Should I a.ignore this b.restore the file out of my Virus Vault and OK it or c.re-install my PowerPoint
Have re-installed PowerPoint and files are still there. However so far does not seem to be causing a problem while using it - so should I leave well alone ? I do not feel I want to let the other file out of the virus vault as am not absolutely sure it belongs to PowerPoint.
