Is this possible, could help lots of us.

Sorry strange title but could not think of anything better. This may be very easy to the initiated.
When we have a long posting of helpful links as we have had lately can the whole posting be copied/sent to a file/folder and then written to a CD and the links still work.

On the menu bar go to

File>Save as...

Choose "web page complete" in the type box, (Or .mht works as well), and save the page to a dedicated folder.

Using whatever burning software you wish burn the complete contents of that folder to disc...

Hey presto... Done.

Not Quite

If you copy and paste to a file the click here (in blue just come out as click here (and not links)

Therefore you need to paste each link in seperately and make sure the link is saved as a hyperthread

Did not think it would be easy but it does not sound
impossible, just needs someone to post the knowhow.
Fruit Bat has given the answer but is there an easier way ?

Has given you a solution Ray5776 and it's the most simple.

Can't seem to make Simsy's way work on my PC, the links don't work.

  Ray5776 20:52 23 Mar 2006

I tried Simsy`s idea but can`t get it to work either.

Simsy's method works fine for me, the layout may be slightly different but all the links were there.

Just click on the icon in the address bar and drag it into a folder. You will have to reduce the size of the window first.

  GroupFC 21:18 23 Mar 2006

Surely all you have to do is add the page to your bookmarks/favourites and then export and then burn the resulting file - or have I missed the point here?

  Ray5776 21:19 23 Mar 2006

Hi Simsy or anyone else, this is what I have tried.

Open the PCA page "Belatucadrus" in this instance,
click on file
click save pages as
select Web Pages Complete
saved it to folder named "PCA root" C:/PCA root
When I open it there are lots of JScript files that I can`t open and some HTM files that send me to Firefox and ultimately back to PCA site.
Suggestions please
