Pocket PC & GPS

Is there anyone out there who knows about pocket PCs?

I am looking for a handheld PC primarily for diary, address book and route finding.

So far the Dell Axim X5 with 400Mhz processor and Windows Mobile 2003 is looking favourite at £150 less than the Toshiba equivilant (although the Tosh has bluetooth). This combined with Tomtom Navigator 2 looks like the answer, but before spending over £500 I would appreciate comments or advice from someone who has experience of a similar setup!

IPAQ and the TOm TOm is a good deal when bought off the net. Google.

Thanks misery but the Ipaq is expensive compared to the Dell

Any more ideas?
