I am planning on buying a Pocket DV 2 Digital Video Camera - £94. Has anyone got one and are they any good? Is it worth the money or should I pay more to get better? Comments appreciated.

£94, what do you think. You only get what you pay for. What do you want it for?

Can't really comment on it as I haven't tried it, I've looked at it and also looked at the Specs. Think it is made by Aiptek. Try a search on Google. It has been on sale for less.

If you want a webcam that can also take stills at a claimed 1.3 Mp and will also make AVI clips it may suit you. I would suggest paying a little more and getting a camera with at least 2 MP.

According to click here you can get a 2 meagapixel camera for less at e-buyer this wekend.

I know nothing about either camera, though. I'll stick with my Sony for now.

Got the Nisi one for my son's birthday and it is wonderful. Very easy to use. Produces good playback on pc. Search on the web for cheapest price. Its under £80 now!
