Plusnet Pro Service

Not sure if this is the right forum but looking for second opinions.

I use PlusNet Pro service for gaming as they promise

"All traffic prioritised at all times"

Over the last 3 months I've not really been able to play due to unstable and very high ping.

Been through the usual checking of the line/router basically everything that could be my fault first.

Tracerts clearly showed a bottle neck at plusnet.

Ran a wireshark trace and sent it to them and they admitted my traffic was been given std priority!!!!!!!

Apparently this will take 3-4 weeks to be looked at. It took 3-4 weeks to get them to aknowledge it.

So that will total 4months.

Options are to wait and push for compensation or switch provider.

Thoughts? Surley it's a breach of TOS to traffic shape an unshaped service?

Any advice for gaming service? I'm not on an LLU exchange so can only use BT lines so no BE* etc.
