I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with this issue I’ve had for a very long time.
I’ll just explain it now;
I get an average 45(fps) on low settings on counter-strike: global offensive,
Here are my specifications:
AMD R9 270X XFX (@ Stock)
AMD FX 8310 (@ 4.0GHz)
Western Digital 1TB HDD (@7200 RPM)
PNY Anarchy X 16GB DDR3 (@1866MHz) (2x8GB)
HYPER 212 EVO
SenTey Xplus power 725W (XPP725-HS)
My friend has similar things to mine he wouldn’t give me specifics,
AMD R9 290 (@ Stock)
AMD FX 8320 (@ Stock)
1TB HDD (@7200 RPM)
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (@1866MHz)
(that’s all he gave me)
And he gets an average 350(fps) on high settings on counter-strike: global offensive.
(I crash if I go to high)
And we’re both running on Windows 10
Seems really odd to me, ‘cause his setup only cost like 100$ more than mine (not exact).
It just kinda feels like I’m being ripped off,
I’ve had this pc for a while now. Like a year.

If anyone is able to help that’d be very appreciated, cheers.
(And this is not just subject to csgo, it also happens in various other games)
