Plagued by blank emails that do not download

I have at irregular intervals over the last few weeks been receiving emails with blank sender and subject.

They vary between 0.4 & 0.5 KB but Outlook will not download them meaning that I get an error message and then have to go to the ISP's site and manually delete it in order to use my email properly.

The problem started with an account that I have with Tiscali (no jokes please it isn't my main ISP now) but now occurs on my main ISP as well.

If it helps, both accounts are also being plagued by spam of the more salacious sort.

Tiscali cannot help and I know that if it was through a normal ISP I should complain to them but in this case I am not sure who that is.

Has anyone any ideas (other than changing email addresses) please?

click here - it won't stop them or the other spam but you will be able easily to delete them off the server.

Thanks for that. I've downloaded it and will see how I get on.

I have a feeling that there will never be anything that can stop spam actually arriving but anything that makes it easier to get rid of is a great help.
