Is Pipex webmail down yet again?

It keeps rejecting my passwords.

Anyone else getting this please?

change % to @ cured it again for anyone with a similar problem.

After the recent chaos I have noticed that when I blacklist a spam source in the "My Pipex" webmail, the same source sends more mail. I delete blacklisted items on Pipex before going to Outlook Express, so try to avoid spam getting to my PC. Pipex reply to e mails with useless platitudes, and an expensive call to them revealed a lack of knowledge from the call centre. I had hoped to avoid the hassle of changing ISP's after more than 10 years, but am now seriously considering it.

Sorry - meant to have started a new thread.

It seems to be intermittent.

Yesterday I couldn't pick up any Pipex e-mails and again first thing this morning.

It's now back to normal (at least for me)...:-)

I have been with Pipex for some time, however I have given up on there email sysytem. I now use Gmail. I know Gmail is not perfect, however I have never had any problems in 9 month and I do not get any spam at all.
I have also had to format my hard drive twice, and you dont loose any emails as you can always look at them on the webmail site. In theory I should never loose an email again!

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
