pictures not showing on BBC web site

I'm using Firefox and all of a sudden pictures are not showing on the BBC web pages and other sites.
I,ve checked Java is enabled its happened on my lappy and desktop.

Try updating your Flashplayer click here note one for Firefox and one for IE.

If you disable your Firewall briefly,can you see the pictures.

If using a router,you may need to briefly turn off the Nat firewall if this is enabled.

Tried that still no pics.
I checked using the news story about the hole in the Quantas plane.

Java is not the same thing as Javascript, which is what you'll need working to view Flash video.

Ensure Javascript is working...click here

Java & Java script are both enabled.
The main pic on the Quantas story is not showing, I think its a still

If so its a video,and Flashplayer maybe your problem.

Uninstall Flashplayer click here

Reboot and download from click here this is a slightly older version for now,keeping away from the beta version.

The page is fine here in Firefox.
Did you run the uninstaller,if so then run ccleaner click here and reboot and reinstall the Flashplayer.

just been reading back through the thread,it maybe a router issue as the problem is on two computers.Where the videos playing ok yesterday ?
Try a system restore if all else fails.

I didn't have the beta version just ver 9. something.
Have run ccleaner on the desktop but still no pics.
If I run ccleaner on the lappy it screws it up its vista, gods know why.
Its been like this for a while on the DTop but only yesterday on the lappy.
