This is driving me crazy. I have a website and download new products occasionally, after downloading them they showup fine on my desktop computer, but when I want to kick back on my laptop to do the same thing, after downloading they don't showup on my website at all???? I do everything exactly the same. If I go to the website on my laptop it doesn't show the products at all, it's like they don't exist???? Help!!
I deleted the cookies etc.

When you UPLOAD (not download) the items to your website from the laptop, do they show up on the Desktop?

Is there some kind of setting on my laptop that I need to change? Thanks a Bunch!

On the laptop, hold down the Ctrl key and press the F5 key, that will refresh the laptop's cache.

Hello,
I just went and tried it and it still doesn't show the products....

Post a link to the site and tell us which are the problem products, Cindy. Try installing Firefox click here on the laptop, you don't have to set it as the default browser, and see if you can view the products on the laptop, using Firefox. I still think it's a cache problem on the laptop.

Just a thought...

If you are using Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > General tab > in the Browsing History section, Settings button, tick 'Every time I visit the webpage'.
