PhotoRecord print error.........

  foxman318 18:00 03 Sep 2006

I have a Canon Powershot 110 digital camera. The soft ware that came with it downloads pictures from my camera and allows my pictures to be seen in album format. The software is called ZoomBrowser Ex ver 4.6.
This software invokes additional software for printing, this is called PhotoRecord ver 1.2.4.

When I go to print a selected picture I get the following error message:
"Could not create device context for Epson Stylus Photo RX620 series"

The printer is working fine and caters for all other PC applications.

This software has worked in the past. My only thought was printer compatability (changeg from HP about 1 year ago)but I am only guessing..

Any help would be appreciated......Thanks

Close down any programs you do not need and try again, it could be that there was not enough system memory to perform this.

If I am unable to resolve this issue, could anyone suggest a good thumb picture system with a good print package..........

Have still had no luck resolving this issue. Hoping someone-else has been in the same boat and has the answer......
