photo recovery

hi can anyone reccomend a photo restorer software that dose not need to restore the files to a seperate drive thanks Chippy

click here for Restoration which will but doing so runs the risk of overwriting the space on which the files are.

I've had good results with PC Inspector File Recovery, but I'm not sure if it requires a separate drive to restore them to.

As a general rule, if you want to recover any file that's been deleted, you should not use the drive on which they are on until you've recovered them. That's because your PC may overwrite them, as Diodorus Sicilus says, if they're flagged as deleted. And that can happen even if you don't knowingly save anything, for some applications write temporary files on the fly.
