Photo colouring

Hi,I have the Corel Paintshop Pro x3 and if anybody out there knows how to carry out `selective colouring` on this suite, could you please tell me where I have to go to achieve this action, as I am unable to find it anywhere? Maybe it does not possess this photo in the menu. Thank You.

I used Paint shop pro to colourise a picture of my Grandfather taken in thee first world war. It was a very long laborious process, but I think the results were worth it.

If Corel Paintshop Pro x3 does layers then here is a step by step tutorial click here . Although the tutorial is for PS it should be easy to convert the actions to X3
