i recently bought a Philips x50. The manual recommends calibrating the battery during the first use and again every 3 months to maintain the battery. the manual says i have to press DEL during the startup screen to get into the BIOS utility and then follow further instructions( I don't actually know what the startup screen looks like) however,i have pressed DEL at every possible stage of the computer starting up and nothing happens-the computer just starts as usual. Please help-i don't want to mess up the battery as i only bought the computer 2 days ago. by the way, other than this problem it seems to be an excellent computer, very fast, very mobile.
thanks
