MY HARDRIVE PACKED UP TOTALLY WHICH I HAD TO REPLACE. I INSTALLED WINDOWS XP BUT I CAN'T RUN ANYTHING EVEN DOWNLOAD AS THERE ARE NO DRIVERS. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PARTITIONED ON MY OLD HARD DRIVE BUT I WASN'T ABLE TO ACCESS ANYTHING IT WAS TOTALLY KAPUT. CAN ANYONE HELP. IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY THEREFORE CURRYS WON'T HELP UNLESS I GIVE THEM £100 WHICH I WAS HOPING NOT TO. ANYONE WHO CAN HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

To start with - please do not shout at us. Turn your Caps Lock off.

Do you not have the original CD from your ISP which will allow you to re-install your internet connection and then you can start to download some drivers?

Do you not have any of the original driver CDs which came with the PC?

Sorry about that link,

go to click here

choose 'help and support' --> 'downloads' --> 'philips - freeline' --> 'desktop pc's' --> ls1000.

The drivers should be that same as the ls1100.

If you go here and download and install these drivers, from what I found on Google it seems your Graphics card is an ATI Radeon x300 series low profile type

click here

I hope it helps

Use another PC to download and save these drivers; click here
Use a disc or usb drive to install.
It should give you a start.
