PDF to Word for editing

Does anyone know of "Solid Converter."? It claims to be better than Adobe and cheaper at $49.95 dollars US.

I need to occasionally work on (in fact, translate into English) and edit PDF files which then need to be e-mailed back to the sender in a professional looking way.

Thanks for any help on this particular software or any others.

Thanks Howard64.

Could I ask if you have actually used this? I always prefer to go from recommendations, even if the outlay is comparatively small.
Many thanks.

I've used ABC Amber pdf converter, it does a reasonable job of converting a pdf document into a selection of formats. From memory I think it was about $13

Thanks stylehurst.
In fact I've decided on the Avanquest Expert Pro 5 which is only 19.95 pounds from Amazon UK, and the review of it looks to be good. So thanks Howard64 as well for putting me on the right track.
