Do you have the retail version of acrobat? Or is it just the downloaded Acrobat reader?

is to use the highlight tool in Acobat reader and select the table that you want. Press control 'C' and then open word and paste it in. You can of course pay the fees and buy the Adobe program that can read and write .pdf

that can create .pdf files - you don't need to spend a small fortune ($249 for the standard version) on Acrobat, although it is by far the best software if you are seriously into PDF documents.

The free dowload of Acrobat Reader 5.1 will open any pdf files.

Also AdDesktop if you can find it will tell you how to open every file.

Try this method.

Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader. Using the graphic select tool, select the part of the form that you need. Copy it to the clipboard. Paste it into Word or your DTP program (more flexible). Turn off text wrap for the graphic and size it to fit the page. Type over it to fill in the form, setting tabs and adjusting line spacing to position your text accurately.

It works a treat on the form that I tried. I pasted it into Serif Page Plus, drew a text frame over the graphic and typed my text.
