I received a free trial version of PcMedik on a disc from another magazine.

Can anyone tell me if it is worth getting the registered version.

Well its one of the optimiser programs and theres quite a few of them out there, this particular one I have never heard of. To be honest personally I just let windows sort out the best configuration and leave it at that and run Ccleaner (which is free) every once in a while to sort out registry problems. Defrag the hard drive regularly that sort of thing.
I'm never keen on any third party software that does this sort of thing.
I think the only thing to do is see if someone else has used this particular program.
Personally I wouldn't use it never mind buy it but thats just me and as I said I've never heard of it or used it.
