I am running XP sp3 and have installed a PCI card (video capture)in the machine. IRQ address 17 has been allocated to the card but the application software will not recognise addresses above 10.
How can I change the address, I have tried another PCI slot and changed the BIOS settings with no success also the facility to chage IRQ address in device manager is greyed out.

Can anyone help please ?

There is some info click here
Seems trying a different slot maybe the first thing to do.
