PC wont boot fully on new monitors after new GPU instilation

I have recently upgraded my GPU from a Nvidia GT530 to a Nvidia GT750Ti, as well as a new 600w power supply.

My PC wont fully boot on new monitors/TVs but it WILL fully boot on the original tv before and after the new part installed.

The Pc will start up to a point, it then stops on a black screen with a flashing hypheon. To get past this point u must go to the boot menu and select, start windows normally, the Pc then works fine.

Once you get it running download GeForce Experience, click here , it makes it easier to get the latest compatible driver.
