PC will not reboot after installing software.

I installed the software below.

When I try to reboot, XP attempts to load, but then a message appears. ‘INPUT NOT SUPPORTED’. The screen remains blank with the exception of the above message.

Can I attempt something like ‘safe mode’ to gain access, so that I can try to do a System Restore?
I am new to XP Home, so ‘Safe mode may no longer be an option.
Any advice on how to overcome this problem, will be much appreciated.
Thank you.

You can try Safe Mode - restart and keep tapping the F8 key before the Windows screen appears (or should appear).

Or, similarly try Safe Mode with Command Prompt and at the prompt enter

c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

and press Enter.

VoG tm.
Thank you for that. I will switch back to the poorly PC, and have a go, and come back.

Just a word of warning, take care in choosing a program like you have downloaded..it is still in BETA,basically still being tested and relies on user feedback.

Hopefully VoG™'s suggestion will get you out of this mess.
If not post back.
