What "Anti-Malware" Software are you running?Also what is your OS and how much RAM have?Is your Graphics "on-board" or do you have a card?

Could you expand a little more?I am assuming that you have an Anti Virus running but it doesn't sound like a Viral infection anyway.What you have appears to be sufficient to run all the basic types of program, but would struggle with almost any form of game.
You have ticked the Thread.Just in case that others with the same problem are following. Could you post what the solution was?
I know that many of the newbies don't bother to tell us what their solution was, but with a handle like Windsor, how could we expect anything other than immaculate behaviour.
It may be Disc Cleanup running, when not active
