pc crashing

My Pc keeps crashing and i get the dreaded blue screen. It says: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP:OXOOOOOOD1(OXOOOOOO97,00000002,00000001,OXF5DOIFSI)
Then further down: tcpip.sys-Adress F5DO1 base atF5CD4000,DateStamp485b99ad

Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

Could be faulty memory.
Try taking out a stick if you have two of them and then try switching it with the other if no good.
A single stick of ram should be placed in the slot next to the CPU.

I did a RAM test on startup and it said my RAM was fine.

Make sure your ethernet/wireless drivers are up to date. Remove and re-install if they are - the current driver is causing the blue screen.

Have you updated any drivers or installed any updates lately?
Looks like faulty driver have you tried doing a system restore to an earlier point in time?
