Could be faulty memory.Try taking out a stick if you have two of them and then try switching it with the other if no good.A single stick of ram should be placed in the slot next to the CPU.
I did a RAM test on startup and it said my RAM was fine.
have you updated and run your AV recently?
Make sure your ethernet/wireless drivers are up to date. Remove and re-install if they are - the current driver is causing the blue screen.
Have you updated any drivers or installed any updates lately?Looks like faulty driver have you tried doing a system restore to an earlier point in time?
