PC always logs on to Safe Mode

Hi Gurus,

Please kindly help me with my scenario, this is very urgent.

My PC is always going into Safe Mode after I restart. Since I don't have the
admin password, I cannot login to the PC. How to bypass this Safe Mode and
directly go to Normal mode.....

I think what has happened is I was logged on to the PC with the other
account and I had changed the msconfig utility, under BOOT.INI tab and
selected /SAFEMODE. Now I cannot login to Safe mode with that account and I
don't have admin account password....

Please let me know is there any way I can log back in Normal mode.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the quick reply. Problem is since it is my work Laptop, I am not allowed to change the admin password. Can you please let me know if there is a different way.

for a quick and easy way, keep pressing the F8 key after the BIOS dissapears, windows will then come up with list of options, select Start Windows Normaly or something similar

As it is a works laptop I would explain what has happened and let IT sort it.

The fix is not simple have a read click here
