PC advisor has locked my home page

Hi all
A little while back I instaled IE6 from a
PC Advisor disc. This also set the PC Advisor web site as my home page which is OK. However when I came to change my home page I found that address
bar in the homepage area in internet options greyed out. I am unable to change my home page via that route. Also I am unable to enter Internet options via the "Tools" tags "due to restrictions placed on this computer please contact your systems administrator" but I can Via the control panel.. I have tried uninstaling IE6 but the changes have stayed...
Any help
