Paste formulas/functions throughout workbook Excel

  mammak 17:13 15 Mar 2006

I have created a Spreadsheet in Excel 2000, which is eventually going to be used as a template but obviously need to keep the functions/formulas in place I know this will
be so easy but I can't for the life of me remember how to do it the workbook has 12 worksheets January through to December would I need to link the worksheets first?
I would imagine I would have to use paste special for the formulas/functions but the problem is I have forgotten the procedure lol any help would be appreciated.

You only need to link the worksheets if you want them all to update together.

If you just want to copy from January to the other 11 months, then:

Select the January sheet tab.

Select the entire worksheet by clicking the grey square between A and 1 (column and row headings).

Click the Copy toolbar button.

Click the February sheet tab. Hold down Shift and click the December sheet tab.

Click the Paste toolbar button.
