Password on second drive

I have 2 hard drives the one i am on with the o/s (c) and a backup (d) with data etc on. How can i pw it so other ppl can't see private folders etc on it. Thanks.

Not sure that this is what you want, but you can make the drive invisible to others.
Using TweakUI is the best way

But won't that also make it invisible to me!!??. If its possible if someone double-clicks on drive d I want it to ask for a pw.

You can use "True Crypt" to encrypt the whole drive.

Easiest way to do it is via permissions. This won't popup a password box but will just popup an access denied message to those who don't have permission. This will only work if you have user accounts for different users.
