Is it asking for your password for your ISP account?

  lotvic 23:29 14 Oct 2007

Do you mean the password to collect your email from your ISP mail server or your password to open Outlook Express Identity?

If the latter, in the Registry, open HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Identities, you'll see cryptic alphanumeric keys representing each identity. Open each one in turn, and this will reveal the identity's owner and password.
