Parts to Build a computer

I am looking to build a PC on a budget of £300 without a screen, speakers, keyboard and mouse. The motherboard must accept AGP 4X graphic cards and above and accept Celeron or Athlon XP processors. (I do not have a processor so one will have to be added to the list). I have a hard disk and optical drives already. These are compatible with all new motherboards. A power supply is also needed.
I was wondering if any of you out there can give me a list of all the things I will need to build this computer not including the cables for the drives and HD. Budget £300.

motherboard bundle. click here
Power supply.
The mobo bundle has graphics & sound onboard but a AGP4 slot so if you want to add one later you can and these two items come in at £150.

You don't mention a case. Do you have one?

I built a PC a couple of weeks ago :

400w Case , 2 Case Fans , Athlon 2500XP [Retail includes heatsink and fan], 512Mb Ram , Asus A7N8X-X motherboard.

I had to include HDD , DVD Writer and graphics card but for the above - £180 inc vat & del.
