Parcel Force website glitch

Trying to arrange a collection, when arriving at the "collection sender's details" page, the Country drop-down menu does not work. It is stuck on "United Kingdom." I called the helpline but all they said is my system had a fault. I'm using XP Home, and this program worked OK before I moved to a new hard drive months ago. I tried sfc /scannow and, as far as I know there is no virus or spyware to cause this. Any ideas?

Seems a poor site, I tested it and fell at the first hurdle, says my operating system (w7) is incompatible.

Your operating system should be one of the following:
Windows 98 Second Edition
Windows NT 4.0 (SP 6 or better)
Windows 2000 (SP 4 or better)
Windows XP (SP 1 or better).

the site is browser-restricted. You can't use it with Google Chrome, or Opera.

Your operating system should be fine, however. Telling a customer in these circumstances that his/her machine is faulty strikes me as being spectacularly unhelpful.
