Page validation and browser testing

Page Validation

I have run a test page through the W3C validator and the following error comes up

body bgcolor="#CCCCCC" topmargin="0" onload="MM_preloadImages('/chemicol/images

The validator highlights the left hand quotation mark on the 0 after topmargin.

The same type of error occurs in two other places, both with the left hand quotation mark highlighted.

I am using Dreamweaver MX and as far as I can see there's nothing wrong. The only thing I can think of is Dreamweaver uses a right hand quotation mark for the left hand side.

Browser testing

Does anyone know of a test site that you can view a page through the eyes of other browsers, rather than having to install all the other major browsers?

I had a link from way back when for such a thing but seem to have lost it. I've been Goggling for ages without much success to try and find something.
