Win32.sys is not part of the system, so has been added. The Non Paged area is part of RAM used for system components that are so important that they may never be dropped out to the page file. Something has inserted itself there. - some sort of malware - trojan, spy, or simply a badly written third party driver. One of the Norton things is known to put something in there which has also been known to crash, so if you have anything of theirs, uninstall it and see. Aside from that suspect any program you installed recently, and check with AV and anti-spyware.
Bit of a typo in initial post, should read win32k.sys which I thing is the NT kernel. Chris have been looking at your link and found this..
"0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card)" I still suspect my ram. Currently I am running a program called Prime 95 which has a feature called torture test. I have removed two sticks of generic ram leaving a single stick of Crucial pc2700, has been running for 1/2 an hour so far (which it wouldn't do before)
