"The Page cannot be displayed..............."
Anyone know the solution to this annoying thing.
It happens on ANY Website, and although it does not prevent me from reading the main content of page, there are empty dialog boxes showing that message.

Do you have any ad-blocking software installed?

Do you mean pop ups? What sort of dialogue boxes?

Can you post an image at, say, imageshack click here

Diodorus Siculus

This is what I get in different areas of Websites.

"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing ......."

Then I am asked to 'refresh' etc..... but I still can't see them. Perhaps I am not supposed to!
As I stated, I have no problem with the Website in general, it's just these boxes will not always show the content.
Thanks for the info regarding the download to enable uploading of files - I have not used it before, but will look at it some other time. Is it OK to upload IMAGES the forum?

The empty boxes are probably where ads are suppossed to be loaded from a 3rd party website. I guess one of your programs is blocking the ads.

In Windows Explorer go to

and if that file exists rename it to hosts.txt and restart your computer.
