P2P What Is It?

Can someone please explain what P2P is?

I’ve had a look on Wikipedia, and it’s all rather confusing and too technical for me.

Also, will I catch anything using my webcam?

Hi, basically it is where pc users share files, usually music or films, between each other for free. However a lot of this file sharing is illegal. One, as far as I know, Legal P2P is Limewire for downloading music mainly - however, even Limewire can be a bit dodgy at times, in as much as I believe that using Limewire sometimes results in getting unwanted nasties on ones PC.

You can not catch anything by using your webcam.

OK, that's made it much more understandable.

Thank you both.
