Using Outlook 2000. Is there a way of personalising the default 'outlook.pst' to, say - my name, to differentiate it from my wife's 'outlook.pst' as she has just migrated from Outlook Express to Outlook.

At the moment, anything done in her pst file appears in mine and I would like to separate them.

Yes we have separate desktops.

OS is XP Home.

I don't think you can alter the .pst file name as its an integral part of Outlook..

However why not create a folder and use Mail Message Rules to auto move any emails for a specific email to the new folder.. Its easy to do..
