I'm managing a server that has Exchange 5.5 sp3 installed and I would like to know how to install OWA (Outlook Web Access). How do I know it's not installed already? Or how to I set it up?

OK, may not be enabled. Its a bit long winded, but if you want to give it a go.

Open the Server Management Console; Click on Internet and Email; Click on Connect to the Internet; The Configure Wizard opens. Click Next, select Do Not Change Connection Type and click Next. Select Enable Firewall and click Next. OK the warning about custom packet filters and click OK. You should now see the Web Services Configuration dialog. Put a tick in Outlook Web Access and step through the rest of the wizard without changing anything else. Finally click Finish.
