Outlook Rules

I am running Outlook 2007 on my laptop with Vista. How do I set up a rule to send e-mails to a particular folder. If I had a folder called Mrs DD, and Mrs DD has an e-mail account called "Mrs DD @ btinternet.com", how do I set up so all her e-mails go into her folder.

Go to Tools and select 'Rules and Alerts'

Then select 'start from a blank rule' and select 'check messages when they arrive'

Now just work your way through the various options until you have created the rule that you want - it's possible to vary the options almost infinitely.
