We use outlook through an exchange server and i have my team mailbox as well as my own on my outlook profile. Every time i send an emails it comes from my own personal email mailbox. I want to set this up to come from the team mailbox.
I know i can setup the team mailbox as the default and my own as an additional but this means i get notified when team emails arrive but not when my own ones come in and i have to manually go itno my mailbox and check for new messages.
Is there any way round this??
