Outlook Problems

My wife is running MS Vista and is using Outlook 2002 with Nortin 360.

The problem is that eery time she tries to send an email she gets the following message:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no."

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I can reproduce this problem quite easily by using the automated email send facility within VB6.

Does this only occur when you send an email or does it occur when you launch Outlook?

If it's fairly regular once Outlook is running then you have a program that is trying to send auto emails = suspect a virus.
