thanks for the response. Actually, the Interdart email account is the one that's working. Our domain is hosted by "2catchafly.co.uk" and it was their servers that were down yesterday. Although Interdart are our ISP, our business email accounts are still via catchafly who host our domain. Sorry it's complicated. I've tried to log in to our site management address, where I can do some editing to our email accounts (I need to remove a holiday message from one) - can't get in there either, it says "The requested URL was not found on this server" Any ideas please?
OK I think I understand now, correct me if I'm wrong, you have your own domain name, something like click here and your email address would be something like [email protected], so the problem sounds like its with 2catchafly.co.uk.
I don't suppose there's anyone there right now, so I think a phone call is in order tomorrow.
