Outlook Express&Sky.Com

Can anyone please help, i've had to change some settings in my outlook express cause sky have changed some settings. i had an e mail notyfying me of this and with step by step instructions, i done exactly what they said and now i cannot log on to my mail because the password and user name do not match, i've pretty much tried every thing i can and its still won't let me in. Without phoning skys helpline( which will be a total ball ache) i'm stumped.
I have gone into accounts on outlook express and made sure my username and password match and still nothing, can anyone please suggest some ideas. Thanks.

Have you tried resetting the password on the Sky.com site/ forgotten password section? Also have you enabled POP access via your sky email and tools page?

i've enabled pop and reset the password. It works fine when i log on to the sky.com home page so that must mean my password and user name is correct(i hope). It just doesn't seem to match up when i open outlook.
